Shipping
We ship Canada-wide. Since all orders are hand-made shipping times vary. Please note that due to delays caused by COVID-19 we are unable to guarantee delivery times. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

Returns
If you didn't receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards.
* Downloadable or digital products.
* Some health and personal care items - including masks. 

To complete your return, please e-mail customcutthreads@gmail.com with 'Return' as the subject. In the body of the email include the reason for your return with description and images if applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
